The SPIE will publish the Conference Proceedings on CD and in a separate volume of Proceedings of SPIE. Accepted authors should submit their camera-ready full manuscript to SPIE using the following manuscript submission link:

SPIE Transfer of Copyright

A statement of Transfer of Copyright form will need to be signed by at least one author of the manuscript and returned to SPIE. SPIE will send the Transfer of Copyright form to each contact author only after all manuscripts have been submitted for UFNO 2009.

All manuscripts will be reviewed by the Programme Committee for technical merit and suitability of content.

Only papers presented at the conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
